We’re an active, recreationally based summer program for children during July and August.
This year, we’ll be running our program from July 3 – August 17.
In order to better program age-appropriate field trips, activities and theme days, we separate the children into two programs. Those that have just finished Kindergarten to Grade 3 will be placed in Program 1. Those that have just finished Grade 4 to 6 will make up our Program 2. You’ll find both program calendars below!
We have a capacity to enroll 65 Program 1 children per week, and 40 Program 2 children per week. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and please note that some weeks can fill up quicker than others. This year, our fee is $165/week/child if paying by cheque, or $170/week/child if utilizing our credit card option.

In order to register for our summer program, please follow these steps:
1: Become a BHCA member! In order to take part in community programs, it’s required that you become a member of the association. Follow the link below to purchase your membership online, or pay for a membership when you drop off your summer forms to our office.
2: Complete a summer registration form. We require all information on the form including employer address, phone numbers, subsidy information and medical information if necessary. Please do not forget to supply a signature on the second page. One form per child, please.
3: Complete field trip consent form. This is the form that you’ll be indicating which week(s) you’d like to register for, and signing off consent for your child to attend said field trips that week(s).
*Hide N Seek consent is to be filled out if attending the week of July 30-Aug 3 and the child is Program 1 (just finished grade K-3)
*Camping Waiver is to be filled out if attending the week of July 23-27 and the child is Program 2 (just finished grade 4 – 6)
4: Supply payment. This can be by using the supplied credit card form at a cost of $170.00 / week or you can supply two cheques, one per month, dated for June 29th for July weeks at a cost of $165.00/week and one dated for July 31 for August weeks.
